The Diary of Queen Mothy |
The Night Before a Sure Execution written @ 8:10 PM on November 25, 2003 I'm doing all right. A hell of a lot better than I was doing this weekend, at any rate, and I'm pleased to admit that there is a light at the end of this very, very dark tunnel. I have eight final prints done in photography. I only have four more to do, and I've begun matting my pieces. I finished one project for stagecraft, the rough sketches for my scenic design project, and the cutting of my second project in stagecraft. I'm still in my black hole as far as work goes, but these past two days have definitely been productive. This evening I landed a job interview at a restaurant, too, for Monday or Tuesday of next week. So I've come home for a while... And it's about fourteen hours until my wisdom tooth surgery. Tie me the fucking noose. I demand offerings of pudding and jello. And ice. Lots of ice. I can't tell you how much I loathe my mother right now for scheduling this surgery the day before Thanksgiving. I feel what King Charles must have felt before the English populaces beheaded him: inconvenienced to the umpteenth power.
