The Diary of Queen Mothy |
Never Forget written @ 1:00PM on December 18, 2002 Past lives can give you some indication as to why certain aspects of your personalities exist, as we all know. I think knowing about them can enrich your lives and teach you some things about life. Namely, people have not changed the past 500 years. But you should also be careful. You can't let what happened the other night consume you. You have to keep living in the present. You cannot obsess over a past life because you'll forget who you are now. You have to distinguish between who, what you are now and what you had been. Stay down to earth, accept what happened as being a part of you somehow, and remember who you are. You can't forget who you are. *** Jessica, the Franks were the early Gauls of France, hence the name of the country. It was some centuries, however, until all the provences of France were united under the same flag, king, what have you. Much of it was accomplished toward the end of the 100-Year War, but even after that, there were some provences that remained independent, some that Germany and Spain took for their own, etc. Try looking in the eastern provences of France. Try and tap into Sarah's head again and see if she was fluent in French. Just be careful. *** "The Two Towers" comes out today, and, much to my excitement, the Enquirer gave it four stars!!!! I can't wait to see it, but I've heard every theater in the tri-state practically is sold out for the next week. We'll have to try and see it sometime next week during Christmas or something. *** I'm off from work today, and I intend to work on my genealogy, mainly to update my records, and then switch back and forth between writing my novels and working on my mom's Christmas present. I'm painting some swans on colorful glass tiles I bought from Hobby Lobby some weeks ago. Work on my novels continues successfully. But because I haven't done it for so long, I'm a little out of touch and can't really sit still in front of the computer for as long as I used to. Book One isn't exactly my favorite of the series either, but it's slowly growing on me. I enjoy writing my in-between chapters about mythological creatures and the such. We'll see how much I accomplish today.
