The Diary of Queen Mothy |
Galloping Sam written @ 3:05 PM on November 04, 2003 So apparently there was a big power outage that hit the Fine Arts building hard yesterday afternoon. The staff put the building on lockdown, no one was allowed in, and all evening classes were cancelled. Which completely axed my plans to work in the studio. So I spent the evening writing like a mad dog, ever consistently working my hands toward carpal tunnel syndrome, which is my medical destiny anyhow. I played around with the html on my diary page and found that the tables aren't doing what I want them to do. I probably should be doing work that's due next week, but I've decided to abstain and pretend to be the normal college student by engaging in the art of procrastination. In the meantime, work progresses on Book Two. Still toying with the idea of making a website with all the chapters of the books on it. I'm probably going to write the rest of the afternoon until dinner and then work in the studio/work on my photography class's final project due in Decemeber (I'm sure you're wondering where that whole "art of procrastination" thing went to now). In a little bit I'm going to be checking the mail to see if the parental units' financial assistance arrived. But yeah... Overall, life is good.
